SERVICES
We offer several different types of service agreements once your water treatment system has been installed.
Some of the services offered:
• Membrane Service Membranes need periodic cleaning. This can be done either by Cleaning in Place (CIP), where the system is taking off line and cleaned, or the removed membranes can be sent to our Membrane Care Center for specialized cleaning that cannot be provided with the CIP process.
• Membrane Reconditioning Report Once cleaned and serviced, the membranes can be tested so you can decide if you want to place the membranes back in service.
• Membrane Replacement Each membrane has a finite life after which it should be replaced to insure the water quality the system has been designed to produce. We have a full line of membranes for each application.
• Membrane Autopsy if membranes break down prematurely, an analysis can be performed to specify why the damaged ocurred.
• On-Site Service Technician Factory trained technicians are prepared to provide you the service you need to keep your system running the way it was designed. Each technician has a fully equipped service vehicle. If you have equipment problems, call GemFlow's Service Department and schedule an equipment to have your equipment serviced.
